Policies

  1. Cancellations and Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancelations or changes made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a fee at my discretion. No call/ no shows will be charged 50% of the appointment cost due to inconvenience. If an emergency arises. please contact me as soon as possible. I understand the life happens and I will do my best to work with you to find a reasonable solution.

  2. Right to Refuse Service I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that: - displays disrespectful, inappropriate, or abusive behavior - Arrives visibly sick or experiencing contagious symptoms - Creates and unsafe or uncomfortable environment My priority is to maintain a safe, professional and respectful space for everyone.

  3. Health and Safety Clients who are feeling unwell are asked to reschedule their appointment. This helps protect both myself and other clients.

  4. Confidentiality. All client information, personal details, and discussions are kept strictly confidential. Your privacy is respected at all times, and your information will never be shared without your consent, unless required by law.
